PG’s Quarterly Strategy Workshops (QSW) are designed to eliminate organization frustrations and obstacles to enable enterprises to achieve their ultimate potential.
We help to eliminate common frustrations by deploying basic tools that other successful organizations implement and utilize to achieve success. By virtue of this process, leaders feel that they are able to exercise more control, reduce personal and organizational stress loads and identify and achieve objectives.QSW clients come in all flavors – ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to middle market enterprises to not-for-profit organizations. All have in common a focus on growth and success, a willingness to accept innovation and change and the ability to accept weakness in the search for a ‘better way.’
“The Strategy Planning Sessions run by the Pegasus Group have been so very valuable to The Woodstock Foundation. Seth Elliott’s process, leadership and skillful facilitation have enabled the Foundations Trustee’s and staff to join together in defining both the essential elements of the Foundation’s mission and the action items that need to be completed to get where we want to go.” Ellen Pomeroy, Executor of the Estate of Laurance S. Rockefeller and Board Member of The Woodstock Foundation
Each QSW is uniquely tailored to the specific executive team and organization, but is delivered from a core architecture that includes a focus on Organizational Philosophy, Future Goal Setting and Identification of Key Action Items and Process Drivers.
Additionally, some QSW clients choose to have TPG facilitate exploration of the Business Model Canvas, Data Management and KPIs and Personnel Evaluation.
By engaging in this intense, structured, quarterly process, organizations are empowered to operate with clarity shared across the organization and manage their operations on a daily, quarterly and annual basis in a far more effective and successful fashion.
